Release Coordinator Catalog

As a Release Coordinator for Catalog, you will be responsible for assisting the catalogue team deliverer products. You will oversee the entire delivery process, from asset collection to the final submission to all portals. You will manage the digital release workflow with a primary focus on attention to detail, ensuring correct assets and the quality of Label Copies, Artwork and Master's are to the highest possible standard, guaranteeing all products are released quickly, accurately and seamlessly.  

What will you be doing?

• Work in a supporting role to members of the Catalog team;

• Collecting, organising, formatting and housekeeping catalogue assets and projects;

• Using Armada's in house delivery and archive systems;

• Varied ad-hoc administrative duties;

• Scheduling and tracking product release;

• Coordinating and uploading of catalogue assets into appropriate platforms and systems ready for final check and delivery; 

• Work on the optimization of catalog tracks to enhance their performance in the digital landscape; 

• Implement metadata improvements (such as keyword tagging) to increase discoverability on streaming platforms.

Who is the person we’re looking for?

• You have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role;

• You have an analytical mind, attention to detail alongside a decisive and a problem-solving mentality;

• You are aware of the dynamics and processes within the music industry and ideally have a good knowledge of digital delivery platforms as well as the social media landscape;

• You are methodical and possess excellent organizational and communicative skills and have the ability to drive forward processes within project teams;

• You enjoy dance music and the wider culture around it;

• You’re in for a challenge and like dynamic working environments. You are used to working with strict deadlines, know how to prioritise and thrive under pressure;

• You are an effective communicator and motivator, well versed in the English language, both in speech and in writing.
