Job description
Are you excited to learn about the dynamics of the music industry? Do you like old music and find interest in researching how to make the catalog tracks come to life again? Are you looking for a full-time internship? Then you may just be the chosen one, because we’re looking for an intern to join our BEAT team!
What will you be doing?
As the new intern of BEAT, you will assist the team in various key activities. Among other challenges, you will:
Report to and support the VP of Music and Creative (of BEAT) with daily operations;
Assist with the music distribution platform management, making sure all the information is entered correctly into the system;
Support with creating content schedule for BEAT social media platforms;
Update playlists in Spotify;
Support with administrative assistance for the BEAT team;
Manage ad hoc research and assistance for various projects.
Job requirements
Who are we looking for?
You are a second, third or fourth year student in Creative Business Management, Business Administration or Economics;
You know your way around Word, Excel and preferably are a quick learner of working in systems;
You having previous administrative experience in an internship/part-time role is a plus;
You are a swift and accurate worker who shares our affinity with (dance) music;
You are proactive, organized, hands-on and a team player;
You are fluent in English both verbally and in writing;
You live in (or within reasonable travel time to) Amsterdam and Laren;
You are available as of February 2025 (length of internship is negotiable) and are enrolled in a Dutch university for the whole internship duration.
