Contract Administrator

What will you be doing?

As our Contract Administrator, you are part of the Legal & Business Affairs team. Accurate contract administration is your top priority, you make sure to meet deadlines, correspond in a timely fashion and archive all signed contracts in the Armada database through a contract management system that allows you to oversee and manage all agreements concluded by Armada Music. You will also process the financial contract data, making you the glue that holds various departments together.

Among other challenges, you will:

• Keep track of the terms and expiration dates of licenses and deals. You may also assist in renewing these deals if necessary;
• Return the (signed) contracts to relevant parties;
• Administrate and archive the agreements;
• Take care of the catalog administration;
• Summarize the core terms of contracts in so-called Royalty Summary Memos (RSM);
• Handle (and code) invoices together with the Finance department.

• You have a relevant degree (MBO level or higher) in law;
• You have basic knowledge of contract management systems;
• You have good knowledge of Excel;
• You have a good numerical understanding and well-developed analytical ability;
• You work independently, but are also a team player;
• You have good attention to detail and are able to multitask;
• You are a master of English language in word and writing;
• You preferably live in or around Amsterdam.
