As Office Manager you will join Armada Music’s fast-growing team for the upcoming months. You will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the reception at the headquarter and manage the office operations, procedures and resources of the Amsterdam office. You will also be working closely with the local PA, Event manager and the A&R Team.
What will you be doing (exactly)?
You manage the central reception/receptionists;
You supply the various pantries daily;
You keep the meeting rooms and the various pantries in order;
You will take care of hospitality duties;
You will monitor and maintain the office supplies inventory;
You will be the go-to person for facility-related office matters and offer support;
You are responsible for all quotations and purchase requests in the field of office / facility;
You organize and coordinate the catering and personnel hiring at events at the office (including Armada Invites);
You are involved in the other (and associated) operational and administrative activities and are back-up for the reception.
You inventory, order and manage the costs of all office supplies (incl. FMCG).
You ideally have a college degree in hospitality or facility management;
You have some experience in a similar role;
You are administratively strong, proactive, structured, systematic and accurate;
You are customer- and service-oriented, assertive, flexible, hands-on and accessible;
You have a problem-solving mentality and are typically an independent and decisive personality;
You can work both independently and in a team;
You are extremely passionate about electronic dance music;
You are able to cope with pressure and changing deadlines, and you can handle a fast-paced schedule while working on multiple projects at the same time;
You (preferably) live in or near Amsterdam, the Netherlands or you are willing to move there;
You are well versed in the English language, both in speech and in writing.
Bonus points will be awarded to candidates who are also fluent in written and spoken Dutch.
