JOB DESCRIPTION

As our Contract Administrator, you are part of the Legal & Business Affairs team. Accurate contract administration is your top priority, so you call upon the power of the ancients to meet deadlines, correspond in a timely fashion and archive all signed contracts in the Armada database through a new contract management system that allows you to oversee and manage all agreements concluded by Armada Music. You will also process the financial contract data, making you the glue that holds various departments together.

Among other challenges, you will:

• Keep track of the terms and expiration dates of licenses and deals. You may also assist in renewing these deals if necessary;

• Return the (signed) contracts to all relevant parties;

• Administrate and archive the agreements;

• Take care of the catalog administration;

• Summarize the core terms of contracts in so-called Royalty Summary Memos (RSM);

• Handle (and code) invoices together with the Finance department. 

WHO IS THE PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

The chosen one (that means you) is a natural multitasker. Armed with a relevant degree of at least MBO (secondary vocational education) and basic knowledge of contract management systems, you are able to work independently and with great attention to detail. You are proficient in business English and take pride in your above average social and communication skills. If you live in or around Amsterdam, that’s a plus too!
